You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6 below).

6. Account Deletion Requests

Users can request deletion of their DRDP Assistant account and associated data by emailing us from their registered account email address to:

Please use the subject line: “Account deletion request.”

Once we verify the request, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within one (1) month.
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
While we strive for robust protection, no system can guarantee 100% security.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for users 18 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.

9. User Rights and Controls

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Access, correct, or delete your data.
Withdraw consent for data processing.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
